Our Team
Lizette, CEO of panchaX beatz is a lifelong musician, data engineer, and proud Tejana. She started playing drums in her church band as a child. Since then she's picked up the accordion, banjo, bajo quinto, and a drum machine! She's created original music tracks for local museums, podcasts, and public programming. Her music is influenced by her Latinx roots and familia historias.
Lisa Marie, COO, is a cuentista, Tejana, world traveler, and social justice advocate. Her background is in public policy, international education, and crisis response. She loves putting together strategic plans, advocacy agendas, and creating processes that allow humans to be less stressed so they can focus on the joys of life.
